Owens Family Dentistry: Jonathan M. Owens, DMD

Dr. Owen’s is so rude and doesn’t appreciate his patients. I would avoid him at all costs. It’s too bad since I liked the other people there. He should learn how to speak to people or he will continue to lose people. Disappointing. On the bright side, I have found someone who is kind and is a way better experience. Don’t settle here.

We have only been once but we were impressed. Dr. Owens was fabulous, he explained all our options. My husband had no pain which was great. He even called to check on my husband . The staff was polite. I think we have found our dentist.

Dr. Owens office called me to collect on a $2 balance from 2020 and admitted they never sent me a statement. They didn’t call me in 4 years prior to this call. It is not about the money, but the principle of doing business this way. I would have paid the balance when it was due, iI had been informed. I guess I should be grateful he removed the $6 in finance charges! Ridiculous way to do business!!

I'm 45 years old and have had a fear of the dentist from a very traumatic incident when I was a child. I visited this office for a tooth extraction and I informed them as too how nervous I was about coming in. The staff was very understanding and took the time to listen and make me feel comfortable with the procedure. I am extremely happy with the staff and doctors and would recommend Owens Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a family friendly team of professionals! Thank you for breaking my fear of the dentist! Now waiting for next week to schedule a big appointment and possibly take care of my dental situation for good!

I had to come in for a crown that came off and both the dentist and assistant working on my tooth were exceptionally patient and kind. The front desk staff were also very courteous. I highly recommend coming here. Thank you
