If you meet Shawn Christine Kathleen Eileen jess or a Dominican sister Who works late shifts and more staff that I unfortunately don’t remember the name, i promise you, youre in good hands the people I named are amazing and are a blessing if you put in the work they will give you their all highly recommended you come here I pray for your healing and for the wonderful staff in this facility, amen.

LETS START WITH THE nurses and doctors in the er…… absolute horror show. No call light for 5 hours, made me sit in pain for 4 hours with kidney stones!!! After discharge a day later, upon reading my patient portal, i read that my tox screen came back positive for alcohol. ( i dont drink)…. Then a note was listed above that saying the machine made a mistake!!!!! So that entire time i waited in pain, over a mistake. Not once did anyone mention this to me! The asian male nurse, you need a new job. Security…… LOL learn the LAWS…. The DOCTOR in fatima ER needs to hang up his white coat and go back to medical school UPDATE: did put in a complaint. A) a relative of mine (retired police) came to visit with my daughter. Relative didnt realize fatima had a metal detector and walked in with his gun

If I could give this place 0 starts then I would. Took my wife to the ER here late at night with an Asthma attack. Her inhaler was not doing anything. It took forever to get registered, but there were alot of people there so we gave them the benefit of the doubt on that. The nurses were having fun behind the glass, checking their phones and stuff (obviously not for business purposes either). They were not friendly at all, it was very obvious they did not want to be there. After registration we sat there for several hours, along with many other people. It didn't seem like anybody was being helped at all! After a little over 2 hours of waiting we decided to leave this place and take our chances elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place was completely useless. We brought my wife in with immense abdominal pain, signed in at 10:20 pm. Sat in the waiting area for over half an hour before being called to the window to register, then waited again for the triage nurse to call her in. Got into a room after 11:30 pm. Nurse came and asked most of the same questions triage had. Told us a doctor would be to see her shortly. After a couple hours of waiting, I finally flagged down the nurse, and asked if she knew when a doctor would actually be in to see her. She told us that there was literally only ONE DOCTOR working. ((What kind of ER has only one doctor on?)) She said she'd find out how many people were ahead of her. Comes back and tells us there's two patients before her. Doctor finall

Just close this place down the staff are here to collect checks that's it there is no health care at this hospital. Took over an hour to check in 2 hours for triage over 5 hours waiting in the waiting room. The best thing that can happen is for this hospital to close its doors. Staff doesn't even want to make eye contact so you can't bother them. Terrible hospital.
