I came here for a second opinion and was amazed from the moment I walked in. The clinic had recently moved to a new location, so the building was brand new, the equipment was state-of-the-art, and everything was spotless and quiet. I honestly felt more upscale than what you’d expect in Azusa. Dr. Kim took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and truly understood what I was looking for, which made me feel very comfortable. I grind my teeth at night, so they’re quite worn down. The first dentist I visited recommended root canals and crowns, but I really didn’t want crowns. Dr. Kim examined my teeth and suggested a more conservative approach to preserve my natural teeth instead. I’ve been to this dentist for more than 8 years now, and I gotta say, Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and honest about your dental conditions - he directly tells you whether a treatment is necessary or not. For ex, I’ve had 3 wisdom teeth for awhile, but they are not really bothering me or causing any problems. Another dentist quoted me $1.2k for getting them removed, stating it would definitely cause problems in the future, but Dr. Kim rather told me it doesn’t seem like they are creating any problems and if it doesn’t bother me, then it’s not necessary to remove them (and I’ve been totally fine for couple years now!)
