I can’t say enough good things about this skilled nursing facility! The leadership team is exceptional—always professional, kind, and truly invested in the well-being of residents and their families. The nursing staff and aides go above and beyond every single day, providing compassionate, attentive care that makes such a difference. You can tell they really love what they do. The food is also wonderful—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. It feels more like home-cooked meals than “facility food,” which really adds to the comfort here. Overall, this is a place where residents are treated like family, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend!

I've been a resident for 4 years. I was not wanting to go into a nursing home but after long discussions with my husband's we decided it was time. I am so happy we decided to come to otterbein Loveland and could not imagine being anywhere else. I have made great friendships with other residents here and the staff has always treated me dignity and respect.

This corporation does not put residents first. They care about image first. The main campus has a bed bug infestation and instead of taking it seriously months ago, they did the least and kept it quiet. Now the entire unit is infected and they haven’t even informed all of the family members. Residents are displaced from their room, sleeping in recliners, and admins do not care unless it is 8-4 on weekdays. You cannot even get a response after hours or weekend. Since my original review Otterbein has actually offered incentives to staff that leave good reviews. That is how scared of me they are.

I have resided at otterbein for 3 years and it's an amazing place to live. I'm glad that my kids brought me here. I worked as a nurse for many years prior to retiring and couldn't say enough good things about this facility and the care myself and other residents receive!

The cttage-style feel of this community makes it a true neighborhood! The staff are amazing, providing outstanding care in a genuinely compassionate manner. The community is impressive and focused on the people who live there. It is a place that truly feels like home.
