CareFirst Urgent Care - Loveland

While traveling in the area we had a medical issue come up and this place was recommended to us we went first thing in the morning & we were taken care off right away. We got great care from all the staff members we interacted with. definitely a very positive experience and I hope we never have a need to see them again :-)

Took my son in over the weekend and got a diagnosis of flu. Service was very fast and efficient. When I went back today for my own diagnosis, we got the same P.A. She was fantastic. Remembered us from the weekend, asked about my son, sent in meds for both of us. Again, very fast, efficient and friendly. Great service.

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care thanks to Hannah, the STNA who helped me. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive from the moment she called me back. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and treated me with genuine care. It’s rare to meet someone in healthcare who balances professionalism with such a comforting presence, but Hannah absolutely does. She made a stressful visit feel so much easier. Thank you, Hannah — you’re amazing at what you do.

The young staff ladies were very unprofessional. While I was filling out my paperwork in the lobby. I could hear their conversation. They were complaining about people that came in earlier answering for help. Who knows if they did helped the people but they were giving their opinion about them. It wasn't positive and very sad that they were two faced towards them. I wasn't impressed with the nurse practitioner. It felt like I was in traffic court with no one telling what's going on. No communication while your anxiety is climbing. I recommend a different location. There other locations with mature staff are more friendly. Regret going to this one.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this time I need to make what happened to me public knowledge. I walked in pretty sick about a month ago and even though there was no one else waiting - they made me wait at least 10 minutes after I had filled all paperwork. The girl on the front desk was not friendly and gave me a condescending attitude after I asked a question about co-payment after reaching out of pocket max. Things started feeling weird. Only to find out it was Brandy Rahm, the PA on turn. I asked to take additional testing and (even though I called everyday for a week) they didn’t call back or left a voicemail with test results. I ended up getting different professional medical advice who was able to diagnose what I had and treated me right away. I called almost a month after to in
