This office is an absolute mess. Twice they have failed to bill my insurance for cleanings and both times they have consistently sent me bills for services that my insurance would have fully covered. The issue, they failed to file a claim with my insurance in the necessary window of time. When I call, they argue about the bill even when some employees have acknowledged their billing is way behind. Highly recommended you find a competent dental office to work with and this one isn’t it. Currently disputing their most recent mistake with no success. Filed a complaint with the BBB, which they failed to respond to. RUN away from this practice.

Dr. Hayes and his clinical team do excellent work. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk and billing department. Reaching someone by phone is nearly impossible. Calls go unanswered, messages are left, and no one calls back. After repeated attempts, I eventually gave up trying to communicate altogether. I provided my insurance information nearly a year ago at the conclusion of my services. Months later, I was told they “could not verify” my insurance. Instead of resolving their internal billing issues or making a reasonable effort to contact me, the account was sent to collections. Went in for a cleaning, hygienist was great. Dr came in to check everything, told me I have a tooth that needs to be extracted. Since it's a moler I chose a bridge as well. First appointment I can get for procedure is a month away. Way to long to wait when you have a bad tooth.

This is the best dental experience I have had and have gone to Cincinnati Dental services since I was a child. I started going to this office a few years ago and am so incredibly happy. Dr. Hayes is phenomenal and is so great with his patients. The dental assistant Gail and honestly the whole office is kind and helpful. You can tell this is a great place to work and the staff enjoy their job. That is so refreshing!
