I left super disappointed that they couldn’t help my son with a basic hearing test. We arrived, she checked his ears quickly, and said he would have to come back as they had no hearing tests available. While receptionists were very kind and apologetic, the nurse practitioner showed little empathy to the situation and did not take accountability for her role. Please note that this office is not clean with tile that is appears to be black from dirt or mildew. And there is tape holding up things that are broken. Just try a different place.

Staff were very kind and courteous. Went in to have a lip tie on our 6 day old son corrected and he was examined and the tie corrected very quickly. The doctor told us what to expect and gave us next steps and we were on our way.

Front staff is rude and not helpful. I had just sat down with my baby after checking in and she said loud across the whole waiting room that I had a high balance (mentioning the amount). I asked if I could pay it next month (because not even 30 days ago I had put down thousands of $$ for a procedure). She stared at me and plainly said to pay it through the portal. Again, all across the waiting room full of patients. So embarrassing and unnecessary, just called me to the desk and let’s discuss it more discretely… geez. I was reminded of it at check out by a different receptionist (don’t you keep notes on the appointment saying “patient will pay in March? to stop harassing?). Not one hello, goodbye o smile. They’re awful.

Our new born had a tongue tie. Dr Murray was great! Very caring, completely removed the tie, and he was eating well withing a day. No issues, and follow up was virtual saving us the hassle of an in-person visit with a new born.

Terrible service, waiting more that a month and a half for an appointment. The office knew ahead of time that the doctor will not show up for appointments and they don’t contact patients regarding cancellations; they wait until you show up to the office to let you know the doctor will not be available to see you. Waisting my time from work to see the doctor. Very unprofessional.
