Nurse Allison was great! I never leave reviews but I felt compelled because today i went in there exhausted and just over it, but she was kind and honestly made my day better. She was upbeat but not overexaggerated/fake like some healthcare practitioners are. I felt like she was genuinely interested in our conversation as she was working. She should be training people!

Dr Gavin Stamper is amazing! He helped me with my anxiety and I’ve been feeling much better since he became my doctor and he’s really nice and helpful and the nurse is also really kind but I forgot her name lol but would def recommend coming here!

They billed me for a day I wasn’t even seen!!! That is so wrong. With all the money they’re making and they’re charging me hundreds of dollars for a day I never got taken to a room or seen by anyone. I checked in and had to leave and never went back or saw anyone. They told me no problem I wouldn’t be charged for a visit then charged me anyways. No one will help me they just keep demanding payment. I thought OSF was better than this.

After I had been at prompt care & been sent to the ER, all day told nothing to eat & drink, then went back to prompt care @ Glen oak to get my car, went in for lab work that had been previously ordered, waited behind another patient for 5 min. , then was told he was the last patient. It was 6:20 and they are open till 7pm. I was sent away after being npo for 9 hrs and I feel they could have drawn my blood but the male person @ the sign in didn’t care what my situation was.

Everyone I met here was kind and compassionate. The Dr. and nurse went above and beyond to care for me and explained clearly all I needed to know. There was not a long wait at all to be seen. i was very impressed with the service I received here.
