Dr. Long is the best! Took her time to listen to how I feel and explain what she is going to do to help me. Felt like I had known her forever by the time I left and I already feel so much better!

Jayla always asks where I need her to concentrate her work, what has happened or changed in my life and daily routines, and what type of pressure suits me best. She is conscious to keep me informed as the massage progresses and asks about post massage relief. I am never sore or bruised post massage and always sleep much better. Highly recommend her services.

I was looking for a place last minute to get a massage and was able to book an appointment via text message since they were closed that day. They were so friendly and helpful and very reasonably priced as well. The massage itself was fantastic! Jayla did a great job and it was the perfect combination of relaxing while also working out my sore muscles. She was very friendly, and professional. I'd definitely return and would highly recommend to others!
