allowing their pilots to fly over the same houses 3 times a day waking my family up flying over directly house around 500 ft non emergency flights. pray you don't live nearby bc ill be visiting to disturb your family

They take emergency as a suggestion. Waiting for over an hour to have them help my child's breathing is not right. Carle health is so much better, but insurance forces us to settle for this.

I was at OSF as a visitor, My Family member has been well taken care of, & by the grace of God, is coming back around... But even if not I still say Thank you LORD, For God is in CONTROL !! This world is not our home, we're only passing through,, but until by the grace of God, he uses places & people like OSF, as his faithful servants and conduits... For His Namesake... Son was involved in an accident that left him with a broken arm and jaw. The level of service he received was top notch. The nurses on the pediatric floor are second to none. These nurses should be recognized for their superior level of commitment and empathy. Thank you so much for caring for our son!

Not happy with doctor but the nurse we had today was great.
