Saw Dr. Vince Dalton for a hand injury & had a horrible experience. Awful bedside manner, which I could forgive if his medical knowledge was actually good. It’s not. He walked in & started giving an assessment of my injury before he even examined it. He acted annoyed w/ any question I asked & completely avoided answering them. Repeatedly dismissed my concerns, stated I had no ligament damage & “there’s nothing you can do about this but wait. I can send you to a specialist if you want but they’re gonna say the same thing”. Turns out the specialist (different location) said the complete opposite- I absolutely had ligament trauma & needed a splint and PT. I’d still have a poorly healing injury if I had followed Dr. Daltons recommendation. The rest of the staff were nice & competent.

One of the best clinic experiences I’ve ever had. Professional, efficient, and friendly staff. The check in process was quick and easy. It was a short wait to be seen and to get X-rays and see the provider. They were very thorough in their analysis and diagnosis. The visit concluded with very clear next steps, instructions, and details on what to do if I didn’t improve.

My daughter had a great evaluation and treatment plan with Adam, PA. The front desk coordinator, medical assistant and PA were each fantastic with my daughter! Highly recommended!

Saw Dr. Dalton when I came here and he had poor bedside manner and told me it was “just my retirement job” and made me a sad treatment plan if you could call it one. I emailed the practice manager detailing my disappointing experience and never heard a thing back. They happily communicated to take my payment, though. The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful.

Walked in with a hip issue around 4 pm. Took about 10 to 15 minutes to go through paperwork. Got called back to talk to a tech about the issue within a few minutes. Had x-rays done, saw the doctor and went over prognosis within 35 minutes of walking through the door. The longest wait was about 10 minutes to schedule PT. Everyone was professional and friendly. Extremely efficient and 100 percent recommend going there!!!
