Always went there for my knee injections dr behr retired from service and began to see Dr scarlabaga ,he gave me the 3 day injection for my knees which afterwards my knees hurt worse, went back to see him about the pain, he rudely said to me you have arthritis in your knee and surgery at your age I do not recommend you have surgery .so what do you suggest for pain, he never suggested anything for my pain. Seems not to care, I left his office in tears and pain that was in October, and I am yet in awful pain. I am looking to see someone else

Victoria Sanders helped me when I walked into the office. I didn't know quite who I was looking to make an appointment with, and she was absolutely delightful! She took the time to research my request and help me book an appointment with the correct doctor. She did not seem rushed or hurried although there was a line forming. She was fantastic! A+ in customer service.

Terry was rude, on the phone and when we showed up. Upon arrival Ashley was very pleasant, asked what had happened and what could they do to help. Terry walks up, interrupts the conversation; having missed half of it, and informs us there's nothing they can do to help. What she had missed is we were there to understand what the next steps in my care was, whether an appointment with the official office, not OrthoQuick, or any other potential prognosis that might remediate my pain, and/or speed my recovery. Ortho Atlanta will never see myself or any other member of my family. I recommend sensitivity training, or just a basic customer service course for Terry. It never ceases to amaze me that individuals with no people skills are allowed to interact with your "customers"/patients.

Talked with three different people at the call center and none could tell me anything about the urgent care option except to give me a phone number that kept looping back to the main number. Then when I figured out there were only evening and Saturday hours and that you couldn't make an appointment unless you called during those hours, I looked at reviews for the place. So glad I never got through! What a mess of an organization. Totally different than Florida Orthopedic!

I just left this facility, and EVERYONE was wonderful! Terry, at the front desk, Brandon who i guess was an assistant, and Patricia, who was my practitioner....all were so patient and so kind. They made a very scary experience so much easier for me! I would recommend this practice to everyone!
