Gals are great n Jeff PA is great. However front gal had .e down for a knee when it's my shoulder She fixed it of course but otherwise would be five stars

Post-op Patient follow up is not that good. Immediately after surgery, while staying in their hospital (overnight) I was given anti nausea meds, but they did not prescribe me any once discharged. I ended up in the ER two days later after the pain meds caused me to throw them up and go without pain management for a couple days. Not being a Doctor, I had no idea what was going on. Additionally, they make a huge amount of money from these surgeries but can't seem to afford to employ a receptionist who can take and route calls during business hours. Every time I called I was routed through a voice mail system that forced me to leave a message. This is just unacceptable. Cops customer service and post-op care should involve being able to talk to a person.

Great experience from the minute I walked in. Dr. Smith and his nurse were great. Dr. Smith reviewed my hip X-rays in detail and provided my options. I opted for injection to buy me some time before having surgery. Dr. Smith was able to do the injection the same day., which I was pleased to not have to come back another day. Overall I would give this office and the entire team an excellent review and look forward to working with them in the future to treat my hip issues.
