I cannot say enough good things about this place. Starting with the front desk, absolutely all of the ladies in the front are so warm and welcoming every single time I have an appointment. When I started physical therapy a year ago, I could barely walk or even lay down in a bed. I had just had a baby and suffered from severe pelvic pain since the beginning of my pregnancy. I slept in a recliner almost a year until I finally did my own research and found Valerie. Within just 2 months of seeing her a few times a week, my pain had completely subsided. I went from not being able to walk to running again and sleeping in my own bed. I figured after therapy I would have to live with some pain for the rest of my life. She's Godly, funny, warm , inviting , and always withba smile t show you how genuinely happy she is for you to be there. She's knowledgeable and willing to share her plethora of knowledge from eating habits physical movements and have even suggested things for me who have entered menopause. . There have been times when I come in empty physically mentally spiritually but when I leave after seeing her I'm full happy and healed . My body is changing and toning . My neck and the crook in my back is aligning. Have have more strength, stability ,and posture; that's not just physical but emotional and spiritual also. Shout out the founder and current owner . I was planning to drop off my mom her so she can start her physical therapy until I realized. You can hear a manger lady called Olga. Berating one of the girls in the front. It was horrible. Like I couldn’t believe it. I was so appalled. I decided to walk out immediately. Like if someone can do that so openly to someone who works there. I’d be afraid for my poor mother. If you want a better physical therapy place just go to the one in PINCREST. They are much kinder there.
