I have done several procedures here now and have had outstanding care every time. All of the staff have been extremely helpful and courteous. I want to especially shout out to Brooke. She is always fantastic and literally one of the nicest people I've ever received care from!

Giving 2 stars because they were very nice, but not proactive or helpful. I was sent here by BestMed Urgent Care for a possible fracture in my 3-year-old. We spent a long time waiting. The NP, Brandon Miller, mentioned that he hadn't worked with someone this small and didn't really know what he was looking at on the X-rays. After waiting for him to have a radiologist review the X-rays, we were sent away and told they needed to order a CT scan and get it approved through insurance (for a 3-year-old). Thankfully, I was told to take my 3-year-old to Casper Orthopedics OrthoCARE Now, where they got us in right away and casted my 3-year-old for a non-disclosed fracture without exposing him to more radiation. Spent $100 for them to do absolutely nothing but sit us in a room and order unnecessary

My son, 10, and I came in because he had dislocated his knee at school. We were seen by Mindy Walden. They took x-rays and did a physical exam and sent him home with an ACE bandage and crutches. They didn't have the right size brace on hand so they have me great options to get him one ASAP. The staff was very helpful and efficient and they did a great job listening to my son and putting his mind at ease. I highly recommend!

The nurse practitioner and front desk was awesome. Answered a lot of questions I had because I’ve never had an injury this severe and wasn’t dismissive about it and very considerate. Definitely hit this place up instead of an ER for anything bone or ligament related.
