I had a great experience at this orthopedic office. The entire team was helpful, attentive, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. A special thank you to Shivani Vani, la who was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She explained everything clearly and made me feel confident and comfortable with my care plan. I had a great experience at Ortho Now. The entire staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Elbia, Belinda, and Kevin were all wonderful and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and care. They provided me with so much helpful information, which I truly appreciated. I came in with my one-year-old daughter, and they made both of us feel completely comfortable and welcome. While I was getting my X-rays done, the ladies did an amazing job handling the paperwork, taking the X-rays, and even keeping an eye on my daughter, which meant a lot to me as a parent. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I walked in without an appointment because of shoulder pain and was seen right away. The care was timely, fast, and excellent. The staff was professional and efficient, and I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this urgent care for orthopedic issues, much better than going to a regular urgent care.
