First visit was very smooth, professional and thorough. I like how Dr. Yaseen listen to my concerns and made me feel like whatever is going on with my shoulder, she will figure it out and treat it accordingly. I highly recommend her and her staff. Her nurse was awesome too.

Today was my third appointment. I am having rotator cuff surgery. So far all of the Staff has been excellent. Dr. Harris met with me today to review the MRI. He is very nice and explained the procedure well. I feel confident going forward in a scary situation!

Dr. Robinson is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I saw him today for an issue that required time-sensitive documentation for a work certification. Without being asked, he proactively documented his assessment and provided a printed copy on the spot. This saved me critical time and avoided the usual delays associated with requesting medical records. Outstanding service and attention to detail throughout the visit.

Everyone in this office is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate how well they do their jobs and how welcoming they are. The only concern I have is that it can be difficult to reach someone directly when I need to speak with a staff member, and callbacks are sometimes hard to receive, except for the receptionists. Overall, it is a great office, and I hope communication can be improved in the future.

My office visit with Dr. Zaneb Yaseen and medical resident, Jacob was outstanding. The results of my x-ray was clearly and throughly explained and they spent enough time with me to address any questions or concerns I had. The response to my questions were provided with empathy and compassion and solutions/options.
