I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder and went to urgent care when I say the staff was very welcoming. The service was done very fast. I got some immediate relief great nurse Practitioner Jenna she was amazing. Physical therapy was set up for me quickly as well as a referral. This is a wonderful establishment and I look forward to my visit. Thank you everyone for being so welcoming and so sweet today.

Ms Jenna Walton was very courteous and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail and treated my granddaughter with respect and made sure she understood everything concerning her treatment. I have nothing but good things to say. I definitely recommend Ms Walton as your care provider

Any time I have had to go to the Ortho GA Urgent care, the staff - the front desk, imaging, and the provider - are always so wonderful to work with. They listen and assess the injury and talk you through different treatment approaches and recovery expectations. The facility is clean and comfortable to wait to be seen. Highly recommend!

I saw Jenna Walton in the Ortho GA emergency clinic today. I was experiencing the worse pain of my life for the first time, nerve pain from injuries to my neck. I was bawling and sobbing and couldn’t hardly speak. With all of this, she was the kindest and sweetest soul. She didn’t make me feel judged or embarrassed for not being able to hold it together, she just empathized with me and was so caring. How grateful I am to you, and ALL those who patiently assisted me today. Y’all definitely are in the right field of work! What a blessing you are. Thank you!

I went in to be seen because I fell and wanted to have my knee and elbow checked. I was told at the front desk they would only check my elbow or my knee, but not both. When they called me back to x-ray, my elbow, I spoke to the nurse and she spoke to the provider and the provider said absolutely they would check both. The nurse practitioner was extremely pleasant and very understanding. She was very knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation. I truly appreciate her understanding and never did I feel rushed through the appointment. Especially since it was New Year’s Eve.
