As an adult I experienced sudden crowding of my lower incisors, requiring emergency Invisalign to treat it. It was an uncomfortable and scary experience, but Dr. Ghazinouri's office was wonderful. For the three years I was a patient, the doctor and staff were all professional, friendly and accommodating. Whenever I had concerns, I got a prompt reply. The treatment was quite effective and my teeth are even better now, than they were when I was younger. I appreciate the attention to detail, and recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr G has been terrific with my two sons. I shopped around with three different orthodontists a few years back and each one was completely different - in their treatment plan, their costs and communication style. Dr G was the only one who recommended we wait to do anything because he had so many baby-teeth. She also explained the costs, took photos and checked with my insurer so we had a super clear picture of the treatment and the costs. (Another popular provider in town wanted to have him wear headgear! And they just wrote a very large number on their business card). At most visits she updates us on how things are going. She is great with kids and teenagers. She has a big support staff. Their hours are limited however so sometimes it's hard to find a spot - but they are great with gettin

Love Dr. G!! We started with Dr. Angorn (2010) and stayed when Dr. Ghazinouri took over the practice. She is an exceptional orthodontist. When our 2nd son needed braces, there was no hesitation to go back to Dr. G. So grateful to have them in Melrose! Highly recommend!
