I have been a patient of Pan Dental for several years. The dentists are skilled and professional. My complaint is that ethically I have lost all respect for them. Two weeks ago I had a cleaning. It was done with a hand scaler and not the usual electronic one. During the cleaning a small piece of bonding material on my front tooth was chipped. I went in today to see if they would fix it. I assumed that since this occurred during a cleaning they would just fix it (and possibly apologize for my inconvenience). They fixed it in 10 minutes, no apology, charged me a 91.00 co-pay and my dental insurance an additional 720.00. This shows that they take no responsibility for the error, and it’s all about getting as much money as they can. Beware.

I've been going to Pan Dental for many years. The expertise begins with Lori, the office manager, who has helped me numerous times decipher the codes and explanations of my dental insurance. Ashley, the patient care coordinator is always friendly, personable, and quick to answer any of my questions. Since I have unfortunately needed a continuous amount of restorative dental care, Dr. Jeffrey Pan has been invaluable to my treatment plan. Everyone in the office that I have come in contact with from Dr. Jason Pan, to the dental assistants and hygienists have all been professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I would undoubtedly refer anyone to this outstanding office for all their dental needs!
