I had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I sat down, it felt less like a healthcare visit and more like a sales pitch. The staff repeatedly tried to push additional services and treatments. It made the whole appointment uncomfortable. I understand that dentists need to recommend treatments, but there’s a big difference between informing a patient and aggressively upselling. At several points I felt like my hesitation or questions were brushed off so they could move on to the next recommended procedure. It’s hard to trust a provider when you feel like you’re being pushed toward extra services rather than being given honest guidance. Overall, the experience left a bad impression. It’s always a great experience with Exquisite Dentistry! I want to thank the whole team. Dr. Talluri is always kind, and patient. He always takes the time to explain my treatment options without pressure. Britney his assistant, is always caring, friendly, and helpful. Caroline, the hygienist, does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and always makes me feel comfortable. Lorena is amazing with scheduling. She always works hard to get me in when needed. The billing/insurance coordinator is always very helpful and makes the insurance process easy, and stress free They are such a caring, and friendly team! I highly recommend this office!

The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. The hygienist was gentle and genuinely cared about my comfort. I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Talluri today. He explains everything he’s doing throughout the visit and walks you through what he’s looking for, which really helps you understand each step of the general exam. He’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, and he takes the time to go over all findings in detail. I especially appreciated his shared-decision approach to planning my dental hygiene going forward. He considers your lifestyle as a whole, not just the usual “brush and floss” advice. The front desk staff and hygienist were also incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful appointment at Exquisite this week. It had been 3 years since I have gone to a dentist & I needed an understanding one of what I had gone through medically the past 3 years, which hindered me from dental care. They listened without judgement & reassured me. It's hard to find that these days. My teeth also werent as bad as I maybe was feared into believing because of my excessive attention to brushing & flossing, so it was nice to be handled with empathy & care. Highly recommend.
