My son & I have been a patient here at Ortho Specialist for going on 2 years. My treatment is about finished and I had to say that I’m super happy with the results, Dr. Toby’s smiling face & professionalism, & for choosing this office & location for us! Although, all the assistants are great, Jasmine is my favorite. The front desk is always so sweet, welcoming, and full of smiles. Barkley is by far the most cheerful & understanding front desk associate I’ve come across. Especially, when we need to reschedule our visit. She does her best to make sure we stay on track for our treatment.

Her warmth and professionalism make such a positive difference, and you can tell she puts her heart into everything she does. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and thoughtful. Well, all I can say is the service and the Customer Service that I received in the clinic is 100% satisfied, specially with Barkley what can I say!! What she do for me no body do !! The help that she provide and the service is very special for each person is no way out that I can say nothing negative about her professionalism all I can said Barkley is the Best !! I’m not typically one to leave negative feedback, but my experience with Ms. Barkley at the Brandon location was extremely disappointing. In all my years of interacting with businesses, I have rarely encountered someone who communicated with such a lack of professionalism. The tone and manner in which she spoke to me over the phone were disrespectful and unprofessional. While everyone can have an off day, there is a standard of decorum that should always be upheld in customer service. As the saying goes, it’s not just what you say — it’s how you say it. I truly believe representation matters, and interactions like this reflect directly on your facility. I’m grateful the call was recorded, as it accurately captures the way I was addressed.
