I was very pleased with the appointment my son had. Staff was very kind helpful. . especially Kelly! The orthodontist was highly professional, cordial, and gave us a couple of options for something that is complex. Which we truly appreciate! My son's looking to coming back thanks to such a wonderful environment, staff and doctor. Thanks everybody!

Very happy with our treatment progress. Orthodontist is always kind and I feel like my son is in good hands. Kelly totally rocks the front of the house. A lot of times we come she may be by herself but always is in such a great mood and very friendly and informative. Someone give this lady a raise. She's on the ball and makes me smile everytime im there.

I’m reviewing this orthodontist as an African American to see if such awesome experiences occurs for me and my sons as well.Will update soon after our first appointment! The scheduling call felt very off immediately after asking if Medicaid was acceptable so well will see.

Benita helped me check in today and told about the importances of my retainers like not losing them, ect. I would definitely come here if you want kind dental hygienist helping you. I have never felt like I got treated any differently than anybody else. Always with respect and love! 5 stars!!

I had an overdue balance of $930, the billing company called and gave me an option to pay half so my daughter would be seen on her next appointment. Came to her appointment, only to wait almost 1.5 hours after our initial appointment time, to be told she can’t be seen till the remaining balance is paid! I just paid $465 the day before. Now they’re telling me they won’t see her till the other $465 is paid…not what I was told. So now they’re lying on top of lying and denying service. I don’t recommend going here at all. No one communicates and they lie to get money. Very disappointing and disrespectful.
