I love this orthodontics always felt like home each appointment.

Great experience in the past. Returned with another child. This experience does not compare. Awful experience! Staff not friendly. Actually rude at times! The only Personable one at this office is Phyllis. Billing does not have it together!!! I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. 👎 Due to this being a public page I can not strongly Express what really needs to be said about the billing at the Warner Robins office! I wish I had read the reviews before I chose to return to this office. Big mistake!

I love OCG they have the nicest staff. I have always felt welcomed . The staff is very understanding and helpful. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity. You can’t go wrong by coming here... They also have affordable prices

If you ever want to get your money back from them, good luck. I've been waiting since JUNE for a refund check for braces that I paid cash for and they haven't been even been completed. I was told by corporate a check was sent out on 9/30, but was then told today (10/22) that no decision had been made on the refund and the "President of the company" was aware of it and reviewing it. It has been almost 5 months, and I have been told nothing except lies.

I absolutely love everyone in the office. kristyle is absolutely amazing ! Phyllis has always been so super friendly and i love that she always checks on my family as well ! Very personal experience !
