Orofacial & Dental Implant Surgery

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and had general anesthesia for the procedure. Dr. Antonos was amazing! Always able to answer our questions and super professional. Sebastian at the front desk was also great and able to help with all our inquiries. Also, Brenda and Joseph were awesome the day of the surgery. Joseph was really kind and helpful with everything. I even received a follow up call after the surgery. I will definitely recommend them!

The team from this office were incredible, my only negative was the wait time for my appointment, being a couple months in advance. After experiencing the level of customer service they provide, it made sense that there was a line for care. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming. The provider and clinical team were empathetic, reassuring and took the time to listen to my concerns and come up with a plan for me. Well worth the wait, great team, amazing personalized care!

I am Extremely pleased with the treatment. Dr Antonio's and the nurses Josep A and Sonya N were very attentive. They made me feel comfortable by explaining everything before, during and after the surgery. I loved their upbeat attitude - they had "smiles" in their voices. That added to ensuring I was calm and relaxed throughout the entire procedure.

I had a wisdom tooth pulled and was awake for it, don't make the same mistake I made! That said, the staff at this facility is AMAZING. The nurse was so nice during the procedure, even offered for me to squeeze her hand during the really rough moments. Joseph was amazing too, he was so helpful and kind. The doctor had his work cut out for him with my tooth, it was in there pretty good and I have a smaller mouth. The practice provides the doctors personal cell phone for any after hour emergency. Great practice, great team!

I had a very disappointing experience with this oral surgery office, specifically regarding billing and communication. Prior to my wisdom teeth removal, I was charged over $1,600 upfront and was told this amount reflected my cost after insurance, with a required deposit before treatment. After the procedure, I received an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from my insurance stating that my responsibility was $473, which conflicted with what I had already paid. I attempted to resolve this by calling the office multiple times and was repeatedly told I needed to speak with billing. Unfortunately, billing was consistently unreachable and did not return my calls. Because of this, I went into the office in person for assistance. The front desk staff informed me that the matter was out of their hand
