Ormond Family Dental

I had just moved into the area and establish care at this dental office. From the office staff to the dental technicians to Dr. Dias, I was warmly greeted and addressed in friendly, professional and caring manner. There was some work needed beyond the normal cleaning and X-Rays that required coordination of the skilled staff. During my most recent visit, they discovered additional dental work needed, and were able to obtain an estimate for this so I could approve it and all could be completed at that time. Great team-work! Thank you!

I went in for a check-up and was in the middle of getting X-rays done. My daughters were in the waiting area. According to them, a staff member yelled at them over noise in the office. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, I was told to stop my appointment and reschedule for a time when I would not have my children with me. Being asked to leave mid-appointment and return without your kids — after staff raised their voice at them — is not how a family-oriented medical office should operate. Very disappointing experience, especially as a parent.

Such a great experience at this office! Destiny the office manager made everything so smooth and welcoming from the moment we walked in. She’s super organized and kind, and really goes above and beyond for patients. Monique the lead assistant was amazing professional, and made sure everything was perfect. Julia was wonderful friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit even better. You can tell this team truly cares about their patients and loves what they do. Highly recommend them!

Just another dentist and after a few years as a patient I saw a revolving door of Hygienist and doctors during my cleanings. The two star is for dropping me two hours before my routine cleaning appointment (that was made month in advance) stating they no longer accept my insurance. Yup the day of my appointment and after I’ve arranged my schedule around and set time aside. Very insensitive and inconvenient. They know when these deals with insurance expire and completely earned this honest review. And I have solid coverage and an a professional for one of the largest employers in the county. The dental game sure has changed, long gone are the days of the true “family” dental practice. Just another biz now. The best ever! Jennifer is my hygienist and she is excellent! Dentist and the desk do an amazing job too. Been very happy since coming to Ormond family dental. Top-notch in every way.
