Ormond Beach Urgent Care

My ear was bothering me, but I was hesitant to go to the urgent care center expecting a long wait time on a Sunday. I came out of there a short time later, feeling well cared for, with prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. Everyone was friendly, professional and caring. I even got a follow up call a few days later to see if my ear was improving. It was. I felt like I was in good hands and I’m comfortable recommending them.

I wish I could give them negative five stars. I was on vacation and I visited this urgent Care on February 17th with a UTI. I was given an antibiotic shot in my hip and prescribed an antibiotic. The shot cause pain in my back and my left leg was numb from the hip to my knee. UTI did NOT go away. When I return home I went to Urgent Care here. The doctor was furious with the prescribed antibiotic! He said it wasn't even used to treat a UTI. He prescribed different antibiotic and sent my urine for a culture. It came back worse than before so he prescribed a stronger antibiotic. Needless to say if this Urgent Care prescribed the correct antibiotic I would not be on my third antibiotic and third week with a UTI. I will never ever go back to this Urgent Care.

Don't go here. Waste of time. Very bad doctors. My son had a deep splinter. She tried to get it very badly without patience, and put it even deeper saying that she does't see it. Strongly do NOT recommend this place and the staff who work there. The worst experience ever!

The took very good care of my quickly and even did a follow up to make sure I was ok. The entire staff really went above and beyond for me and they were soo fast. Excellent experience!

Kim was awesome! very informative and super kind. helped me in the right direction as i don't have health insurance. made sure i got taken care of, and got me on my way. 11/10 service.
