The pharmacist (male) is rude and has absolutely 0 customer service skills. Never going to this pharmacy again. They had an issue with billing and stated they couldn’t give me the medication without me paying. After asking why I wasn’t notified and stating I should’ve gotten a phone call he said he “wasn’t taking responsibility for something because I didn’t call them, I should’ve called and I’m mad because I don’t want to pay”. He was disrespectful and condescending. Never again visiting this pharmacy.
I remember this was my first job ever as a kid and I always kept this place as neat as I could. The blue work permit was worth it working here over 15 years ago. The customers were treated well and the place kept clean.
Great family feeling of service.
