Regular customer here - This is a wonderful service. Here’s how to ensure you get what you want. 1. The touch is firm, traditional Chinese style. If you don’t want a firm touch, say so when you are first greeted. Say “very gentle” massage. The greeting employee understands English well and will match you with a more gentle practitioner. 2. They do try to upsell. Be prepared for a second person to begin working on your feet. This is called “4 hands.” It costs just as much to have “4 hands” working for 30 mins OR “2 hands” for 60 minutes. I prefer longer massage with just one person as to half the time with two people for the same cost. You can say “No 4 hands” when you start but they may still try to have a second person massage you. SCAMMED AND BRUISED! I went in for a 30 minute massage for $60. They asked if I wanted one hour and I said no, they ask again I say no. They keep whispering and asking me if I want more time. I keep saying no. I lay down in the bed and felt two pairs of hands on me. And was told someone would rub my feet. 20 minutes later I’m asked again and told they’d do an hour for $140. I ask if they have the price wrong and if it’s still $60 for the 30 minutes and told it’s $80!!! I also ask them to lighten up the pressure. I suck it up and at some point they ask if I’m enjoying the massage I say yes. I think they used that confirmation to scam me and they add another 15 minutes WITHOUT TELLING ME. At the end they charge me $110 and expect to me pay at tip. $120 total because the woman was so rude. I

Had a really great massage, but the checkout lady was rude. I originally went in for just a neck massage (20 mins for $35 i believe) and they immediately led me to a table. Had 2 of them working on me and the guy told me $55. Whatever, the massage was really good. Checking out, I didn't tip because i already spent more than i wanted to. The lady didn't like that and questioned me why i didn't tip.... You already got your tip when i paid for the extra service. I will not be returning.

Been twice so far, the massage is great and it definitely feels like they adjust to your needs/right spots. There is a bit of a push to upsell to a longer or higher quality massage but they are honestly worth it and there's not too much pressure. For the price and quality definitely five stars.

I had been experiencing stiffness, and tight shoulders discomfort. It was interfering with my nights rest. After one visit my shoulders are much better. I’m very happy with the results. Thank again, I’ll been going back.
