I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kolling at Oak Valley Dental for over 40 years. It was difficult to see him retire, but I’ve been seeing Dr. Schaff, and I feel very comfortable with him. I’m confident in his knowledge as a dentist. The entire staff at the clinic is amazing! They’re caring and efficient in their work. However, Meggan stands out as particularly special. She’s incredibly caring and gentle. She’s knowledgeable and explains things well. She remembers me and asks questions to follow up on things since the last visit. The day of my appointment, I had a particular issue, and she adjusted her approach to ensure my comfort.

As a new patient I was anxious at my first cleaning. My entire experience was excellent. My hygienist, was very friendly and explained what she was doing at each step. She was thorough but gentle and I experienced no discomfort. The office stop were efficient and very helpful. I highly recommend Oak Valley Dental Associates.

First time going to the dentist in a long time. Dr Riley and hygienist Kathy made me feel welcomed and not judged! Kathy loves what she does and is very informative while she works. First visit and I will be back for more. The staff is very friendly and they care, you can feel the comfort from the moment you check in!

I don't like going to the dentist, but if you gotta go, Oak Valley Dental is the place! Hygienist Meggan and Dr Schaff took really good care of me today. They were thorough, professional, and kind. My teeth have "issues" and Meggan has endless patience. Dr. Schaff took the time to chat with me for a few minutes before beginning his exam - I can tell that he genuinely cares about relationships and it's not just business to him. The dental assistants and front desk staff are also great - OVD is a wonderful team and I highly recommend them.

I have been a patient at Oak Valley Dental since the 1980’s when it was Cooper & Kolling. Those two doctors set a standard of excellence that has continued beyond their retirements to their carefully chosen successors. The doctors and all staff are caring, skilled, experienced, professionals and I always feel like I am in good hands. They explain what’s going on, their plans to address it, and what I should expect. And Meggan, my hygienist, is a treasure.
