I can’t say enough great things about this orthodontic office. They guided me through a long journey, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The entire staff is professional, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. Every appointment was organized, efficient, and handled with care. Dr. Shoukri was amazing throughout the entire process. He was incredibly supportive, patient, and always took the time to explain what was happening and what to expect next. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. The results speak for themselves, and I’m so grateful for the dedication and consistency from everyone in the office. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who combines expertise with an outstanding team, this is absolutely the place to go.

I highly recommend Dr. Shoukri and his staff! I had braces in high school and, due to a few unpleasant experiences, was very anxious about going through orthodontic treatment again as an adult. I was drawn to Dr. Shoukri because I was looking for the best of the best (he is not only active faculty at the University of Michigan, I had also learned beforehand that he is the provider people are referred to when others make mistakes). I came in with a somewhat challenging case (e.g., others had told me Invisalign would not be an option), but right away Dr. Shoukri felt confident he could treat me with Invisalign, which is what I was interested in trying. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I cannot say about this office - I'm so glad to have found them. From the very first visit, Dr Shoukri and his staff were welcoming, kind, patient, and informative. Everything from being thoughtful about my comfort and being friendly, the ease of finding appointment times (especially when you have to go frequently with orthodontics), as well as administrative issues like billing insurance and communicating with other providers - has been completely smooth. Dr Shoukri makes it a point to know everyone personally and to make sure that as the patient, your goals and your comfort are top priority. I was already impressed with Ann Arbor orthodontics, but today Dr. Brandon topped all that! My son ate something he wasn’t supposed to 2 days after getting his bite block put in and the bite block became displaced… This unfortunately occurred the evening before we were to go up north for the entire week. I messaged them to see what I should do… Well, Dr. Brandon called, on his way home from a wedding no less, and said “How soon could you get to the clinic? I’ll be passing by soon!” We met him at the closed office and he took care of it for us. They are the type of establishment to go above and beyond when it comes to not only quality care, but also customer service. The entire staff are very kind, reassuring, and friendly. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to. I have never received better service in my life. Every single person was so sweet, kind, and welcoming. I get nervous trying new places out here as a student, but every person I encountered made me feel safe and welcomed. They truly took care of me every step of such a simple process. From the woman who helped me book the correct appointment on the phone, to the woman at the desk, to the dental hygienist, to the doctor I saw, I couldn't possibly ask for better service. Everyone here has a heart of gold. The world can be cold and harsh but my visit today has confirmed that there are people out there who genuinely care and want to help you. You all are gems.
