Amy has the most wonderful products! Say Boo to the Flu is my absolute favorite and it works incredibly well. Anytime I feel the slightest bit of sickness coming on, I rub this ointment on the soles of my feet and on my chest. I'll do this both in the morning and before bed and I swear it rids me of whatever I was about to get. I haven't been sick since using this! Great product and Amy is a lovely human :)

Amy has been so kind and very helpful with sharing her knowledge and expertise about essential oils. Being pregnant, It's so hard to know what source to trust when it comes to essential oils so when I found Amy, I was so thankful she could set some things straight for me and help me in my wellness journey. I haven’t had a massage in about 2 years. I LOVE how Amy asks about what areas are bothering me prior to getting started, as well as asking about relevant parts of my medical history. I very much appreciate that, because not very many LMTs take this into account when treating their clients. Her attentiveness and thoroughness in her treatments are what will encourage me to return in the future! Recommend a million times over!

Amy is amazing! I don’t get massages as often as I’d like, but when I do it’s with Amy. She is attentive and knows the right pressure for the parts that need it most. I love the aromatherapy as well!
