Orchards Veterinary Clinic: Snowden A Neilan DVM

Today was the final straw. I've been a client at Orchards vet for years and dealt with phones being busy for 30 or more minutes, being put on hold for more than 30 minutes, waiting up to an hour to see the vet (an hour after my actual appointment time), and waiting more than 30 minutes to get an invoice to check out and pay (pre Covid). All this because I like and trust Dr. Atwell. But today I'm done. I was a few minutes early for an 11 o'clock appointment and had to wait 28 minutes to get her in. The system currently used there is to go in and put your pet in an unoccupied room (pets name is written outside on the room's door) and go back to the car and wait for vet to call. I did so. Vet called and we talked. I was told my pet would be back in the same room waiting and I was to go get he
