Orchards Dental

We had such a wonderful experience at this dental office. The entire team was so kind, welcoming, and patient with us from the moment we walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. You can tell they truly care about their patients. We’re so grateful for their help and highly recommend them!

Need to reevaluate person answering the phone. When someone is talking, saying something "uh-huh" "yeah" "oh my" "awwww" between every other word that is said it's not communication. That's interrupting and it's very distracting. Also when asking if a procedure is done there and being immediately told you don't accept insurance and then upon confirming that you DO do this procedure but don't take insurance might lead someone to believe you don't do them often or would rather not. ALSO... then being told you don't do a sleep study etc (we've already had that done and it's why we are calling) also suggests you'd rather not... Why not just disclose what the process is and go from there. Odd

Shawn is a skilled, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable hygienist who carefully explains things so I have a better understanding of the ecosystem of my mouth, and how to take care of it well. Dr. Williams is knowledgeable, practical, and honest with a comfortable, competent chair-side manner. The staff and environment of Orchards Dental is worth the extra drive time!

I have significant fear of going to the dentist and had a good experiences at Orchards Dental. Michele is consistently patient and kind both by phone and in person . The Dr. put me at ease and by far the super star is Shaun the hygienist. She was warm and kind and didn't make me feel embarrassed about my anxiety or the state of my teeth. I hope to keep my visits to a bi-yearly cleaning, but I know if future work is needed, I am in good hands.

Dr. Williams and his staff are simply AMAZING!!! If you are looking for someone to be your favorite dentist, look no further. Make the appointment, you will not be disappointed.
