Orange Blossom Women's Group - Countryside

I started going to Orange Blossom as a recommendation from a friend and can honestly say the experience I’ve had with all of my appointments has been PHENOMENAL. The girls at the front desk are so kind and helpful. Breanna at the front desk was so friendly and made the check in process very simple and quick. Ashley the NP is the kindest, most caring nurse I’ve ever had. She listens to you and gives her honest opinion and that is SO hard to find these days. I highly recommend Orange Blossom to anyone looking for a wonderful OBGYN office!

New patient here, I've found my new GYN ! I had my first appt today and the moment I stepped in it smelled amazing, it was very clean, decor was simple and beautiful. I was immediately welcomed and checked in. I waited in the lobby less than 5 mins and was in the back way before my appointment time (Make sure you do your paperwork ahead of time on Phreesia, it helps!) my medical assistant was very nice, great personality, and friendly! I saw Ashley Smith ARNP for my PAP. When I say it was the best and least painful PAP I’ve ever had, I mean it. She kept conversation going which helped make it less awkward and super friendly! She walked me through the genetic testing for cancers, so I did it on my phone and qualified, Ashley took me straight back and drew a vial of blood, her blood draw was

Doctor Bardach was amazing. I did have to wait over an hour to see her but it was worth it because she fully takes her time speaking to patients, very thoroughly, and came up with a solution that we both agreed upon. The office is very nice and clean and seems new as well. The MA was very nice too and brought me water while I waited. And I was so grateful that they took my insurance.

Ashley, the ultrasound technician, and nurse I saw were great. I have no complaints about them or the care I’m sure they could provide. The negative review is for the billing department. There is absolutely nothing transparent about what they are doing. I paid upfront for my copay and ultrasound as I was told I needed to pay my full deductible, however, they billed my insurance and got paid in full for the ultrasound. They have been paid twice and not issuing a refund to me until they resolve their ‘case’ on the matter. I was given two options - 1) go to the trinity office to meet an OB and deliver in Trinity or 2) stay with the Clearwater office and deliver at Mease with an on-call doctor from the hospital. I chose the latter option. The billing department still sent me a bill for labor

The staff here are welcoming and helpful, the office is clean and comfortable, and wait times are minimal. The medical team is professional and skilled, creating an environment that eases the usual discomfort of OB/GYN visits through outstanding care and service.
