My elderly mother, who is in a wheelchair, went here for her first appointment. The appointment was for a consult to schedule time to fix her very painful abscess. They refused to see her because they didn't receive her health insurance information that had sent to them 2 weeks prior. We told them to fax whatever form they needed to us now and we will provide the information immediately, which we did. They confirmed receipt of the information and then refused to see her because there was only 15 minutes remaining in her 30 mins appt. Rude and uncaring. We will never return. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If possible, this rating would be zero stars

They do a really good job here. I have been here twice in the last five years and both times they have been great. I can’t state it enough, it’s so important be taken care of by professionals that care about you and what they are doing for anything medical. We are lucky to have their practice in our community. I had Doctor Castaneda for a procedure in 2018 and Doctor Gomes for a procedure this morning.They were both great and made me feel comfortable dispite the extreme anxiety I get in these situations.

Wonderful! I was quite anxious to have dental work done for the first time. Dr. Castaneda and the entire office staff were reassuring throughout the entire process, gave awesome insight as well as doing a great job on the surgery. The also made room for me to come in last minute during a very busy time of year for them because I was experiencing discomfort and pain. 10/10!
