Great dentist, but the front staff really is not awesome. They knew what plan I had when we started the treatment. AND After a year+ of the process, scans, spacers, and multiple appointments. When it became time to actually start the ortho treatment they decided they would not be accepting Chewsi anymore. Extremely disappointing and highly unprofessional in my opinion. I managed a dental office for 10 years for referance. To be told now, and not last month when we discussed her tretament plan, after I confirmed you knew how Chewsi works and we confirmed totals. Now I will have to start again. At a completely different office and my daughter will have to WAIT to get the treatment she needs even though the Dr. Semco informed me now is the perfect time for her case to be started.

Everyone in the practice is professional and personable. They went out of their way to help us figure out how our insurance will work. They are welcoming to everyone and always make sure you understand everything that you need to know. My daughter just got her brace's off and she left the office feeling excited with her teeth looking perfect. My son is also going to Dr. Semco for his braces and I know his teeth will look just a fantastic as hers.

We moved to Middletown and needed an Orthodontist for my youngest. Dr Semco was recommended by our prior Orthodontist in the state. So happy we went with his recommendation. It's been a couple of years, and we have nothing but good to say. They are a very friendly staff, and very accommodating. My son was going away for a week and his wire moved on a Friday night. I contacted them, and Dr Semco came in on a Saturday to adjust it before my son left. That went above and beyond. They are awesome with my sin, highly recommend!

Dr. Semco and his warm and friendly staff offer professional, affordable and highly skilled care delivered in a modern office with absolute courtesy and kindness. They remain completely transparent through the entire treatment process, expertly teaching new and existing clients, explaining treatment plans and options, and billing details in an easy and understandable way. Our daughter saw results quickly, enjoyed her appointments, and her beaming perfect smile is the best testimony we could offer. Our family feels blessed to have found them. We highly recommend Dr. Semco to anyone of any age who needs orthodontic care!

Great place. My son had his braces done here and we are very happy with the results! The waiting room has video games for the kids to play while they wait and when they are in the office there are movies to watch. The staff are awesome and Dr. Semco is the best! I would definitely reccomend!
