Rebecca at the front desk greets you with a smile & very polite & kind. Dr. Jen is a great Acupuncturist. She’s very thorough each & every visit. She listens to my wife & I each visit. Each session is amazing. She’s a caring & a very knowledgeable Acupuncturist. It’s undesirable but she’s helping us out tremendously with a better quality of life. We highly recommend Dr. Jen.

This was my first time having acupuncture and the experience was very positive. Dr. Thielbar explained the process in advance and took time to make sure I was comfortable. I suspect I'll need follow-up sessions (as explained by Dr. Thielbar) to fully realize the benefits but I'm encouraged by the first session. An added plus was a coincidence: It so happens that the receptionist and I grew up in the same neighborhood and reacquainting with her after 50-plus years capped off a nice experience all around.

My Chi is really messed up but I understand it much better now. Not only has Michelle helped me through very effective Accupunture, she has taken the time to listen and explain things to me. I have done lots of Accupunture in the past and this makes a big difference in my recovery. 5 stars +. Thank you so much!!!

I had a very unusual case. My glossopharyngeal nerve sustained damage during a tonsillectomy. It affected my swallowing, taste (I could not even taste toothpaste!) and increased my lpr to the point where my throat was constantly burning. I was at wits end. My speech pathologist recommended acupuncture. I had an initial consultation then bought a 6 appt package. I started to feel a little better after the 1st session. By session 3 my taste was coming back, the constant burning was subsiding and overall I just felt better. By session 5 I was feeling 90-95% normal! I can eat, I can taste and the constant burning is gone (it still flares up but is definitely tolerable now). I can not recommend acupuncture enough. The folks at Ocean Ki are amazing!

Great staff and environment. Doc Jackson is welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable. Worked with an insurance SNAFU, shocker in RI I know, so I could get in and be seen quickly. Will continue to visit for relief and relaxation as needed.
