Very quick and easy. Made it as efficient as possible for the patient and were very knowledgeable and forthcoming with all necessary information. I felt very assured and comfortable the entire time, knowing I was in very good hands and that just put my mind at ease. Dr. Movan was very very easy to talk to and made the entire visit actually enjoyable. And his work was awesome. I thought I’d feel pressure and pain, but all I felt was a tug and within 10 seconds the procedure was over and I was being given the gauze to take with me to go home. It was so fast I couldn’t believe it. He did a great job and I just am very grateful to the whole office and staff from Dr to receptionists to techs etc etc. Thank you to everyone involved.

I was extremely disappointed with how this office handled my care. On the day of my appointment, the office sent a confirmation as usual, and then only right before I was about to leave did they send a notice that the office was closed due to snow. While I understand weather-related closures, the lack of advance notice was unprofessional and showed poor planning—especially for patients who had already arranged their day around this appointment. It is already difficult to secure a surgical appointment, and because of this last-minute cancellation, I am now waiting even longer while continuing to be in pain. To make matters worse, this office refuses to send prescriptions to pharmacies prior to surgery, meaning patients are forced to wait after the operation in unnecessary pain before medic

Ladies at the front are the typical normal desk people, personally I had no issues with them (I also suffer from anxiety). Came here the consultation was really smooth then they check your insurance let you know then you make a surgery date, I have medicaid so they work with you. I needed 4 wisdom teeth pulled out. The day of the surgery just filled out some paper work then they brought me to the back fairly quick and has everything ready to go, the staff is wonderful and nice. Definitely an chill environment. I picked local Anesthesia and sedation which was an quick needle pinch in the arm then I went to sleep in 2.5 seconds woke up felt like 5 mins which was really like 45min and all teeth was pulled. These people take you seriously and schedule appointments quite quickly. I am truly happy to have found them. I have been trying to get relief for my must be sedated daughter for a full month and I am so happy that Dr Rosrnthal( who is scheduled two years out) sent us to Dr Richman. My adult child will have relief.

The doctor and staff were very good to my son, Nicholas, who has autism. They took care of him and they made sure they followed up with us with the results and to check in on Nicholas. I would highly recommend going here!! They are very kind and professional!!
