Best pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with. They are kind in trying to explain a complicated system to a population that doesn’t speak insurance language.

I ordered a red velvet birthday cake 10 days before my son's birthday. Acme called me less than 2 hours before I was due to pick it up the day of his birthday. Informed me they did not have a cake for him.

Pauline in the bakery saved the day. After a different Acme cancelled the order of our son's birthday cake, she was able to put this together in between her busy day. Pauline, thank you so much, you truly are a life saver!
