This denist office is horrible. My daughter needs her records, they are playing games, they wont answer the phone , and when she showed up in person , 3 times. They said they would take care of it, and nothing. Do I need to call action news? Believe me something will be done. Ridiculous.

Came here after my insurance changed 2 years ago and I could not go to my previous dentists office. All in all, they do a pretty good job, try their best to provide quality care and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff are plenty friendly and the office itself looks in way better shape than when I first came there. Fair warning, its a small practice and they can typically see 3 people at a time. So depending on the circumstances, you might get unlucky enough to sit in the waiting room for over an hour. It rarely happens, but when it does and you do not have the time to wait, just reschedule your appointment. They typically have no issue with rescheduling if you actually showed up on time and treat the staff kindly. No fees attached, at least from my past experiences.

1st and foremost shout out to the amazing dental receptionist miss. Norma. Her customer service is on point . She is genuine and u can tell she really cares about her job and she has the patiences of a saint. I called for an appointment bc I have had the worst tooth ache in my life and need a new dentist . Norma got me in 45 mins later . And I am so happy that I met Norma at the NorthEastern Dentistry. Everyone at this office was super sweet and very compassionate. I wish I could give this place and Norma more then 5 stars bc they definitely deserve it.. I recommend this dental office to everyone .
