Oral Surgery Associates of Northern Virginia

I had to get my top two wisdom teeth removed and luckily I was able to get an appointment quick! The front staff was awesome very helpful and patient with some technical difficulties (on my end). But once all the forms were received I was on my way back! I had Dr. Nguyen and Maritza and they couldn’t have made the experience more delightful. This was my first time having surgery and they made me feel so comfortable and not stressed at all. I’m now in recovery and doing great! I highly recommend this office! Dr. Nguyen and his staff were amazing and I can’t thank them enough. Five stars all around! Such a friendly office!

Don’t go here!! the supervisor is super nasty with the customer service skills at a -10/10 and only cares about your money so when you have to call to cancel your appointment for a medical reason or personal issue the way her degrading demeanor will change drastically is extremely concerning to me that She’s the manager (supervisor) her energy was so negative. It made me feel no longer safe or comfortable to get a procedure done here. Once I explained I had to reschedule my appointment due to a personal issue she demanded me to give her my credit card info over the phone for a $100 cancellation fee (So then I guess YOU GUYS owe me $100 for the canceling previous appointment day of for my consultation with the doctor only 1 hour before my appointment . Which I understand we’re only human b

Dr Nguyen and Dr Pell we’re both so helpful with getting me out of pain that I’ve had for more than 15 Years. They are both extremely knowledgeable and showed empathy while treating my chronic issues. Maritza’s chairside manner made me feel so welcome. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable. My experience was great and I highly recommend this office to everyone!

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Wang and the staff of Oral Surgery Associates of Northern Virginia in Reston. The entire team was caring and communicative during the scheduling and procedure for our 12 year old. I definitely recommend this practice.

Just left from 1800 Town center drive ste 116...The lady in the front desk was very rude to me and my dad and has a mean attitude making it hard to ask for any questions or help. The other dentist their have to same negative vibe and attitude. I know your work is tough though compared to Woodbridge where the dentist associates are friendly and nice , Reston is the exact opposite!!! I hope they change the culture and attitude there...
