The doctor is great and really fantastic only if you can make it happen . But his office and staff are a poor reflection of him. No doctor is worth this type of abuse. They are rude, they lie, they waste people’s time, and are negligent. At this point I will have to report them to medical board. But hopefully he fires them all and actually operate at the level of responsible care before we all come together with a massive lawsuit.

I took my mom this morning for mandibular tori extractions on both inner sides and it was a rough experience for me to witness. My mom is elderly and these young female staff were speed walking everywhere expecting my mom to keep up with them. I had to tell my mom to slow down and take her time. The doctor was nice and all. I didn't like seeing him yanking out the pieces of bone, which to me seemed like it's not cut all the way, and he broke it off on the last bit? I also didn't like the conversation he was having when he stated if you see smoke when you cut bone, you might start a fire. And the cherry on top is they didn't prescribe my mom ANY pain medication. They told her for her bone extractions that over the counter Tylenol will suffice. After we got home and the anesthesia wore off,

Waited a hr ppls showed up after me and went in bfor me wait is to long if my appointment at 9:45 I should of been seen no later then 10am

They know what they did to me... I could sue them, but I choosed not to because I'm a kind person. But the nightmare that they put me through is unbearable. Right now, I finally gained the confidence to even speak let alone share my horrific experience.. It was around May 16, and I had a consultation to get my wisdom teeth removed. Took atleast 2-3hrs just to get a consultation that lasted not even 5 minutes. This office seemed very absurd about money instead of giving their patients proper care. (And not once did the nurse or doctor talk to me about anything else. Only checked to see if my wisdom teeth were coming through; scheduling my surgery day) May 24th, 2018... The day of my surgey. Don’t go there is very bad the personal office,I’m be waiting for one month for schedule the surgery appointment,no body call me I have to go in person to make the surgery appointment 💔😡😡😡😡😡😢😢I be in pain more one month,this is insane
