Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates

OMSA, is simply the best oral surgeon practice in the entire Triangle area. From the admin and insurance staff (Lauren & Nicky, etc.), to Dr. Ruvo's clinical assistants (Jennifer, Cheyenne, & Mara), every single one of them have been kind and very cordial to me. As for Dr. Ruvo, he is an outstanding oral surgeon with impeccable credentials and expertise. I've had three different procedures done by him since mid Sept., and he has been very caring and patient with me, despite my being apprehensive about the services he performed. I cannot recommend Dr. Ruvo and OMSA highly enough.

My son who is only 10yrs old had two baby teeth and one impacted upper permanent premolar extracted yesterday by Dr Vandersea. My son was nervous but he only used nitrous and he said it was much easier than he expected. It could not have had a better experience! Highly recommend this office. Everyone was very nice and courteous. The dental assistant, I believe his name was Jack was very informative. I will definitely be back when my other children need wisdom teeth removed.

Pleasant office full of friendly faces and a short wait. The dentist assigned to me was very informative and was even honest with me about something that I think other dentists may have withheld. The honesty was great because I’ve already spent thousands at other offices that also couldn’t help me. The consultation fee was reasonable even generous in today’s climate and I wasn’t charged upfront for services which turned out to be good because I did not receive any. Overall I would recommend this office to others, but that’s without having received care.

Dr. Sacco removed all four of my daughter's wisdom teeth and was warm, helpful, and explained the procedure well. She showed genuine respect and concern for my teenager and made us feel great about the process. She even called a few days after the procedure (before the follow-up visit) to check in on her. A wonderful experience for a not-fun surgery. Highly recommend.

Dr. Serlo is an exceptional surgeon with a great team! He went above and beyond to provide care to me during my wisdom tooth extraction and the following weeks of recovery. I could not have asked for better support!
