Oral Klinic Dental

We as a family have been going to this clinic for years back when he was in westchester Florida my kids always lived going to him they weren’t afraid I guess you can say I was but every time he put me at ease he does what ever is needed for you needs and also works with you to make sure you get everything done you need. He has seen us on weekends and night great doctor. He listens and comforts you going to the dentist give some anxiety especially me and when I got in the chair he made is great . He is a caring doctor . My kids when they are in town will even ask if they can go to him that’s how he treats people like family. We have been going to him probably more than 15 years. Completely disrespected me and my time as a patient. The first thing that happened was the receptionist shushed me so she could finish writing a text message for the next minute. There were no temperature checks. There was no social distancing. 12 patients in a waiting room with only 6 chairs. Half of us were standing, cramped. Several people just walked out of the office to wait outside it. MASSIVELY overbooked. My appointment was at 3. 4 o clock rolled around and I wasn't even sat in an exam room yet. With no indication that my turn was coming up. As far as I could tell there was only even 2 people working, the front desk and the doctor. Overbooked and understaffed. I will not be returning. I cannot speak to the doctor or his ability because I never got the chance to even be seen.

Even though I am out of town I still find myself going back to Dr. Ko from time to time over the past several years because of his clinical skill and honesty. It is hard to find a good dentist.

This is a rubbish place, when my reservation failed, the receptionist started swearing on the phone, hope you don't have such a situation, very disappointed in treating guests like this
