The best of the best. You can tell these people know what they’re doing, love doing it, and have the experience you’re looking for in an oral surgeon. They care about the patients and it shows. Absolutely amazing people. - visited at Elmira NY location on 9/29 for wisdom teeth extraction.

Honestly, they’re pretty scammy. I had a consult, which the doctor didn’t even examine my mouth, and had x rays and spoke to him for a minute. This was end of September, a $260 appointment which they told me was $150. I submitted paperwork to charge insurance and they paid out within a week at the beginning of October. This place didn’t send me an invoice until AFTER they could charge extra at the end of November. They intentionally did this so they could get more money out of it. I was not pleased. Now imagine if they did this with a $4k surgery and they didn’t bill you until they piled on several hundred dollars. Very scam like practices. First and last time I’ll be there. Very deceiving practices.

Doctors and nurses, fabulous. Billing department is entirely useless. They said they would submit insurance claim in my behalf. One three occasions over a 6 month period I had to contact them to provide additional information or respond to requests to get my claim processed.

Train your front-end staff on when they will or won't accept people pertaining to Covid rules. We've been waiting months for this appointment. We called several days before to inform them that there was a possible exposure, but we were assured that this wouldn't be a problem as long as patient wasn't showing symptoms (we are both double-vaccinated and are showing no symptoms). I took the day off of work to drive patient (who also took the day off of work) only to be informed in the parking lot that they would not see us, even though YOUR office told us there would not be an issue (we have the voice message). I wouldn't have an issue with you saying, "No, we can't take you because of a possible exposure" prior to us taking two days off of work and re-arranging or schedules. Know that your m

Lady over the phone in corning said they would accept payments for service. They do not accept payments at all. Not once did they tell us the total of service until we arrived for the appointment.
