I visited this office in August for my wisdom teeth removal and had mixed feelings about my experience. The staff was kind, but the level of care and attention fell short of my expectations. After the procedure, I woke up from sedation alone and in a panic, which was unsettling. When I called my husband for help, a staff member came to check on me but seemed more concerned about me being on the phone than offering support. The biggest issue was the lack of clear post-op instructions. I didn't receive any guidance beyond the standard paperwork until my post-op appointment a week later, which made managing my recovery more challenging, especially given the long weekend and other complications I was experiencing. I was very disappointed with our experience with the office in Stuart. My young daughter who is nine needs non-emergency oral surgery. It took us about a month or so to get to have a consultation appointment. We were greeted promptly and checked in when we arrived for our consultation, but then we sat there for an hour and waited. No one spoke to us the entire time we were in the waiting room for that hour. Finally, when I approached the glass divider and inquired about the status of our appointment, the front desk staff explained that the doctor was running late. The fact that it took them an hour to even tell me that the doctor was running late, made me very uncomfortable and was extremely disconcerting. I will be finding another doctor for my daughter.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Haspel and his staff in the Stuart office. During my initial consultation, Dr. Haspel took the time to explain in detail the procedures he would recommend for my presenting problem, and the length of time my recovery period would be. This was key in my making the decision to go forward with the surgical procedures. The day of the surgery, the staff was very professional, welcoming, informative, and put me at ease. Doctor Haspel took the time to ask me if I had any questions prior to beginning the surgical process and answered all of my questions. I had a great and completely painless experience with Dr. Haspel. He’s an outstanding oral surgeon, and I’m incredibly grateful for his expertise. Another surgeon told me I would need a bone graft before getting implants, but Dr. Haspel was able to complete the procedure without one. Six months later, I now have two implants that look and feel amazing. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything from start to finish, which made me feel informed and at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him.

Our family have been patients for decades and I recently needed oral surgery myself. I have extreme dental phobia and I can’t say enough amazing things about this office! The relaxing atmosphere and the awesome staff and surgeon made my experience exceptional. Kind, caring, friendly & skilled, from the office staff to the surgical assistants to the surgeon. I was so impressed that Dr Strauss still does everything himself, that personal touch and attention you don’t see much of anymore. His sense of humor is fabulous! Definitely calmed my nerves.
