I can’t recommend this place enough. I came in after being sick for weeks and they saw me promptly and gave me a call to follow up a few days later to check in and see how I was doing. When I needed another medication a week later I called and they connected me with the doctor, who quickly prescribed it to me on the spot. Excellent service and convenient location

I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. I came in as a patient in pain and was treated rudely and dismissively by Jessica at the front desk. The lack of empathy and professionalism was surprising and not what you expect in a healthcare setting. That said, the doctor and nurse were good and professional. When patients are in pain, basic courtesy and attentiveness matter.

They made my wife and my 4-year-old son wait in line for 45 minutes, only to tell them afterward that they no longer accept our insurance. This should have been communicated immediately, not after such a long wait—especially with a young child who needed care.

Second time visiting this practice and I will never come back again. The female doctor on site today (around 8:30am, Weds, 10/29) was extremely impatient and rude. She did not bother listening and was in a rush to get us out of the door. She yelled at my son when he was interested and touched the signature pen/screen for 2 seconds, yelling "Stop! You are contagious!!" Excuse me? A pediatrian that hates so much seeing a sick child? It's a disgrace to the best, to have her practice in the medical field - where is the basic sympathy towards a sick child, as a doctor, or as a basic human being?? Daniel Iannello was exceptionally attentive and empathetic to my concerns, taking immediate action to ensure I received the best possible care. He invested extra time and effort to make sure I was prescribed the right medication, and even after the appointment, he followed up to make sure everything was going well. I truly felt supported and cared for throughout the entire experience.
