Zero stars — if that were possible. I brought my daughter to this office twice for scheduled flu vaccine appointments, and both times they had run out of vaccines. The first time appointment was at the Rochelle Park location, no one told me when I made the appointment that they didn’t even have flu shots available. The second time, I was told to call on Tuesday, because a new shipment was coming in and to schedule the first available appointment — which I did for Friday. When we arrived for that appointment, once again, no flu vaccines. On top of that, the new office location in Maywood has no patient parking available. The lot was completely full with people waiting, and there were not nearly enough patients inside to account for it — it appears staff take up most, if not all, of the p

LONG wait times. No separate room for Sick Children so if you are there for a well visit be ready to be in a waiting room with sick kids. The front desk staff is rude! I would give 0 stars but im giving 2 stars because the nurse was so sweet and caring. The dr was nice as well but was clearly overbooked and couldn't truly check my son. I dont blame the dr. This is definitely a problem out of his reach. The office is poorly ran. As I sat in the waiting room for over an hour I watched multiple people come in trying to talk to the staff about issues with their lab work, physical forms not being filled out, billing problems and medical records not being sent.etc. And all those people were getting an attitude from the front desk women. Read the other reviews and believe us, go elsewhere.

Please note, this review has nothing to do with the doctors or their competency. Our time with Dr. Smith has been wonderful which is the ONLY reason for a more than one star review...she is accommodating, available when we reach out to her directly and wonderful in her bedside manner and interaction with my children. However everything else has been a nightmare. You can not reach this office on the phone unless they deem your purpose for calling worthy. There is an annoying and lengthy process to reach the office by calling the toll free number, explaining your reason for calling and then waiting on hold upwards of 5 minutes while they reach out to the office. Ridiculous.

worst place to be in. The front staff doesn’t seem to be happy they always mean it seems they don’t have kids. Even though team has been changed already Not good. Employee Chelsea not polite not helpful. Waiting time extremely too long. It should be more efficiency specially for kids. No matter what I write would change anything. My family would have to make those changes and take them to different pediatrician place. They are some doctors at this place are awesome but front staff its terrible.

Ridiculous wait times. Appointment was at 4 and didn’t see the doctor until 5:50. An almost 2 hour wait is unacceptable. Dr. Monga is great but she was very rushed since there were still so many other patients that needed to be seen and she was the only doctor in office. Why only 1 doctor working when the schedule was clearly overbooked? Will be taking my children elsewhere.
