While the office is really nice and everyone is helpful and polite they will try to overcharge you as much as they possibly could. My son extraction was done in 2023 and we paid everything that we were asked to, for consultation visit, for the day of procedure and at the follow up date. 2 years later they send a balance out of nowhere and they demand that you pay it or they would sent to collection. I realized they did over charge us in 2023 and over billed the insurance, for example they charge for 4 intervals of 15 min each of deep sedation which is 300 dollar each(1200 dollar total) my son extraction only took 15 min total how can you charge for 1 hour sedation when entire procedure took 15 min. I had a great experience. It was a quick easy procedure getting both my bottom wisdom teeth removed. They were fully erupted and I waited too long to have them removed. But the procedure was great I was done in less than an hour and Dr.Costello was amazing. I knew I was under great care with him!

I went to Dr. Michael Costello today for the first time. Right away I was greeted by the beautiful reception sitting area. It was very warm and calming. His staff couldn’t have been nicer. Everything was done so efficiently. And during my examination, Dr. Costello explained everything to me in great detail while showing me diagrams on a TV screen. It was so helpful to see that. He took as much time as he needed to make sure I understood everything. His bedside manner is so comforting, and he was very professional, yet friendly. I could not have been happier with my whole experience there and I will definitely refer them to anyone I know who needs an oral surgeon. Very clean office as well.

I have had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Costello. I love the office. It's very calming and professional. The staff was amazing from the receptionist to the surgical assistants. Dr. Costello is amazing at what he does. He extracted them so quickly and easy. He is very nice and personable but still very professional. I highly recommend coming here for all of your oral surgery needs!!

Dr Costello and his staff are great. I got a lot of teeth pulled and 16 implants. The success rate was 100%. I was expecting a lot of pain, but I didn't have much. I was back to work the day after each implant session and I recovered very quickly thanks to Dr. Costello's great work. It has been over 2 years since some of the implants were done and haven't had any problems. Thanks again Dr. Costello.
